I usually wear a 36A or smaller 36B and I ordered both S/M and M/L to see which fit better. Most of the time if I get a small, it is super tight, but these were not. Both sizes were really felt about the same on me. If you are 36 around or larger, I would just go with the bigger size even if you have a small cup size. I ended up sending the S/M back just because if they end up shrinking at any time, though they are made from polyester/spandex, I would rather have the larger ones. Hope this helps someone else. :)
