This is a great Echo Show device. Like one of the other great reviews here that actually took the time to install it right without the awful wire showing, I agreed with him on how terrible Amazon at designing a product for wall mounting. This clearly shows it was a "junior" designer who was put in charge. The unit came with a huge power supply. I had to use an outlet on the other side of the wall, in the next room and run the wire down to it. The thing that puzzled me is the back of the unit has a large round hole but Amazon didn't think to make it large enough to hold the power supply for a flush mount solution. Amazon/Blue Origin, this is why Tesla won the NASA contract 😃. Now if I can find how to keep Amazon Silk browser to remain open when running my "Home Assistant" dashboard would be terrific. I am sure this is something Amazon software specifically does this as they don't want us to use Echo Show to just run Home Assistant. The Echo Show 15 is a beautiful product that adds sophistication to a home without being nerdy. I will add more as I have more time with it but for now, I like the visual ID feature that it recognizes different people in the home and loads custom calendar for each of us.
