I am disabled and need an adjustable bed for my health concerns. I can no longer sleep laying down. I called amazon and the agent sent them a message that the bed was needed asap. We figured we wait a day or two to hear back. NOPE! I get a call from Kevin, who made me cry. No one has ever been this nice to me on a purchase. An hour later, he called me and ask if I like the bed delivered tomorrow morning. He took my breathe away, with that response to my needs as if I was family. I am overwhelmed at the love and compassion they had on the phone and delivered my bed in less than 24 hours. It is worth every penny. I am sleeping in my bed for the first time with my husband of 30 years and holding hands again as we fall asleep. You have given me more than you can imagine iDealBed; You have given us both the opportunity to be a couple again. Its been a hard two years sleeping in my recliner every night and not being able to lay down. Kevin made me cry and it was a good cry of joy and happiness. More companies should be like iDealBed.
