Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was a little sceptical about these filters, as buying two cost half as much as just buying one at the local Home Depot. I ordered them anyway because the price and the reviews were good. The filters arrived quickly today with prime. They were well packaged and included instructions and month labels. I removed the old one and putting the new one in was just as simple to install. The filter looks to be identical to the more expensive one it replaced, except for the holes on the top (see picture - waterdrop is on the left). I don't see this being an issue though. I ran the water through it for the recommend five minutes or 2 1/2 gallons, although the filter it replaced said 4 gallons. The first gallon had a little discoloration, but after that the water was clear. And so far, there are no weird tastes. I'll update the review if problems arise.
