I Had a problem with the brass protectors falling off after first use. Since it was after my return period I contacted seller and they got back to me immediately and offered to send a replacement bag and apologized for the inconvenience. You can’t beat great customer service. UPDATE. The new bag that arrived has an improved brass fitting. Fantastic!
