This is my second bag (previous 20 inch) and I'm very happy with it. They are great looking and sturdy with enough pockets for various travel accessories. I ordered the 24" because I wanted to carry more clothes (along with the 20"). I'm a big guy and I didn't want to be so selective when I packed. I haven't had any issues at all with the 20" bag and it's been far afield. All my travel is by car so I can't vouch for airline experience but for getaways it's great.
