Love this set! You add water to the inner pot of your electric pressure cooker, add the trivet, then stack this set on top. Next time I will put the meatballs in the bottom pan and rice in the top. Seal and pressure cook for 15 min with a 10 minute natural release. So nice to be able to cook both things at one time! And the fact that the food isn't in the inner pot, in contact with the heated bottom, means that food doesn't easily stick or burn! It can be used stackable, both pans at the same time; or you can use one pan at a time, depending on your need. The smaller pot just fits into my 3 quart Instant Pot, too! My favorite pressure cooker accessories! This is good strong steel, well-made, as are Hatrigo's other products to use with electric pressure cookers!
