After trying pretty hard to figure out why I had a large camera and message in the middle of the screen while trying to use the rear camera (Kindle Fire HDX 8.9), I found out from Fintie that this problem only started with Amazon's operating system update, 14.3.1. SO if you have a case that causes this error, you can clear the camera's data every time you open the case, which will get rid of the message and image, OR you can ask Amazon to remove this error, because the message only applies to Amazon's Origami case, which will allow you to raise and lower the Kindle Fire. This case does not allow you to raise or lower the Fire while it's in the case. I was going to return this case until I found this out from Fintie. Amazon, please remove this message from the operating system! It does not apply to any Kindle Fire case (8.9 HDX) other than the Origami case.
