I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this. This is working for me and seems to have cured all my prostate problems. Yeah, you should have a proper organic, GMO free food diet for this to really work good. All these people who complain about this product not working are probably unaware that their Coca-Colas, McDonalds, GMOs, refined sugar intake, etc, are the real foundational issues. They're bombarding their bodies with all these toxic foods, then expect some magic pill to save them? Give herbs a break people, diet is number one, that's why herbs are called supplements. LOL. Once again, this does in fact work, and I believe it cures cancer for those who aren't smoking, drinking alcohol, taking harsh meds, and eating GMO garbage foods.
