I wanted a way to drop the carb calories in pasta dishes. I saw a reputable TV program showing the use of a spiralizer to make vegetable spaghetti. I saw the Briefton's tri blade and liked the fact it included three blades. The product arrived via Amazon prime in one day and after a quick trip to the store I made some zucchini and carrot "pasta". Ok, come on. Most of these kitchen gadgets just sorta work. This one is different. It made enough vegetable spaghetti to feed to two people in less than 2 minutes. The hard carrot didn't even come close to slowing it down. A few minutes later with a hot skillet, some olive oil, onions and garlic and I had a vegetable pasta that I thought tasted much better than regular grain based pasta. My only regret? Why didn't I do this a year ago? Likes: Blades are easy to change and super sharp. The machine is easy to operate and cleanup is a snap. Build quality is very good and should last a long time. Dislikes: None really.
