This is a second mouth guard I own. This one is better than my other one because it's comfortable and I can tolerate wearing it all night. It doesn't cut into your mouth and my mouth doesn't hurt in the morning. I use it to help keep my airway open for my mild sleep apnea. I can't say If it really helps to keep my airway open 100% but since wearing it at night I feel overall better when I wake up and my snoring isnt as loud as before. (When molding I bite down with my lower jaw slightly protuding)
