*The* solid metal arm-mount hand shower. In fact, I think this is the only metal one on Amazon. It feels like this thing will last forever. The lack of complicated features and parts means there's not much that could break. Everything feels phenomenally high-quality and much more expensive than it is. It feels far better than a plastic arm-mount hand shower from a high-end brand (starts with an H) I recently returned that was three times the price. The only thing that doesn't feel heavy and substantial is the round part of the head, which was made from thinner metal; I suspect this might have been in order to keep the weight and cost down. It came with basic white thread tape, but I decided to install it with blue monster thread tape instead, which is undoubtedly higher quality. Also installed with a solid metal Sprite shower filter and a solid metal shut-off valve. Came together in a few minutes with no leaks and everything matches beautifully. After using it for a few days, I'm not completely satisfied with the 4 inch diameter head, which just doesn't feel very satisfying when I have it sitting in the mount. If there was an almost identical product with a 6 inch diameter head, especially if the head was made from slightly thicker metal, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it as well.
