While a bit hesitant to move to a non-contact thermometer, the risk of waking a sleeping child led us down this path. After doing much research we went with the Equinox digital thermometer and could not be happier. When it arrived it was nicely packaged and does come with a storage pouch as an added benefit. After letting it warm up to room temperature (as per the directions) we tried it out on various members of the family and were excited to see we received accurate results. Not long after delivery one of my LOs ended up sick and I was able to test the reading against that of the doctors office and was delighted that it was almost the exact same reading giving me a level of comfort to its accuracy as well. We have had it a bit under a month now but I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend.
