I ordered these for my wife because she is constantly flashing and has been miserable to the point where she can move around the house a little and will be dripping sweat. Whatever this is does, it has helped her a ton and she has had zero side effects other than her 'temperature' has calmed down. It works pretty fast and she takes one at night and one in the morning. She has had them for about a week and so far so good.
