First time buyer as and for work out bands and I must state I am quite happy with the seller Tribe. The package even included explanation on how to work out with the bands and provided a color guide which is very helpful since I don't know the first thing about a band work out. I decided to try the band work out since I read Tom Brady only used bands to work out.
