I have tried several collagen powders and this one has been great. I have been taking it for a month now and the most noticeable differences are in my hair and my joints. My hair is shinier and healthier and my knees have not been bothering me at all. I wasn’t sure about this one because it was pricier than some of the other collagen powder is out there, but really it is not because you don’t have to take as much, it is a much smaller scoop and you only need one because if the type of collagen it is. Overall great buy.
