I've previously had a Brookstone bucket warmer, in fact 3 of them. The performance was great, heating towels very quickly and hot, but they all failed, the longest lasting 2 years so I thought it was time for a change. This warmer is slightly larger and accommodates 2 large bath sheets easily. It does a fine job. I typical start the warmer when entering the shower and after about 10 minutes the towel is heated through. I think this unit is more attractive than the Brookstone unit also. Only a month in, but no problems so far.
