I’ve owned almost every brand of portable job site table saws. I used my DWE7480 daily and it’s a solid saw. The particular saw I have now is about two years old and gets loaded and unloaded every day. This Dewalt is a powerful saw. It works Great for everything a interior trim carpenter can throw at it. I love how the dust port fits a standard vacuum hose and when attached works very well. The rack and pinion fence works excellent and I never have issues with it. The blade adjustment works well but does get clogged with dust and some times needs to be greased with dry lube. I also have broken the blade adjustment handle loading it in my truck. The replacement was cheap and easy to replace the existing. The fence flips open for larger rips and it has a pusher for the close cuts. The blade never really bogs down. Dewalt really kept the professional in mind when they designed this one. After two years of heavy use I don’t see this saw wearing out anytime soon.
