I LOVE THIS BAG! I was so excited when my bag arrived (<48 hours after I ordered it!). It was packed/wrapped so securely, and arrived without any imperfections. The bag is true to its description. The leather is smooth and has a nice sheen to it. The zippers are sturdy - and I like the dual zippers on the two larger pockets. The middle pocket, with the magnetic clasp - is perfect for quick storage (e.g. keys, receipts, or even the cross-body strap). I don't typically set my purse on the floor, but the metal feet are a great feature to ensure the bottom of the bag stays clean. I purchased the black purse, and was delighted to discover a dark chocolate interior. I am a fan of the structured look. This bag has clean lines. It looks sophisticated and classy. If you prefer softer, hobo-style bags, this is not the bag for you. It is a large enough to hold all of my belongings neatly (incl. a tablet, wallet, 2 phones, cosmetic case, sunglasses case, keys, crayons for my daughter, etc.), without me having to worry about the items wearing bulges into the leather. In my opinion, the bag is not unusually heavy. However, I do carry a lot of stuff and I'm used to a heavier purse. The cross-body strap is great because it allows me to free up my hands when I need to - it's also adjustable, with 5 holes. This is my first Heshe bag. I was wary of purchasing something that I couldn't touch, practice-wear around my shoulder, zip/unzip, test pack all of my stuff into, etc. - not to mention, it's an "off" brand. But, this bag is good quality for a low price, especially compared to some ridiculously-priced name-brand handbags (some of which I also own). All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and plan on purchasing other Heshe styles.
