Shipping is fast, packing is good, product works great. the only reason I'd reduce 1 star, was because ATTENTION: This product works fine with iPhone, but DO NOT BUY 2 if your intention is to wear a pair of them. ONLY 1 will play sound even you can have both paired successfully under blue tooth settings. I bought 2, but don't want to bother return 1 after I found out only 1 of them will work. Note: This is not a defect of the product, this is the nature of how iPhone blue tooth works. hope this information helps.
