Mostly useful
This shield opens like an umbrella, closes like an octopus with broken legs. Imagine an umbrella where 5-6 inches of the outer rim just hangs there. You close the umbrella & you still have all that floppy material to deal with. Maybe mine was broken when I received it. Open it does block the sun. When done I toss it in the back of my truck.
