I am impressed with this vegan omega 3. For one, there is no carageenan in it and it is very difficult to find a vegan omega 3 without it. For two, there is absolutely no fishy taste. It goes down smooth and doesn't bother the tummy at all. Lastly, the gel capsules are not gigantic so my daughter can use them too. I will be a long-term user! Edit to say: I popped one of these capsules open in my mouth and it tastes like no other algae oil I've ever tasted before, and I've tasted many. It's almost like the oil is deodorized because there is no fishy taste at all. It's very strange. I contacted the company about this and will post their reply when they get back to me. Edited to add: The company never got back to me and I wrote them twice. I downgraded the rating to 4 because of poor customer service. I will update here with their answer if they do reply to my message.
