I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars! There was a problem with the unit that I didn't know about until after the Amazon return period had expired because I didn't try it out immediately. After only 3 uses, it quit completely. I wrote a review reflecting this and contacted Shelandy customer service. They promptly returned my call and sent me a brand new unit. Even though I live in a remote area of northern Alberta, the replacement unit was here in about two weeks! I've tried the replacement dryer and it appears to be working flawlessly. I had had the original unit for about 4 months before I made my complaint to Shelandy. Shelandy completely honored their warranty without any hassle or cost to me for the replacement. I am extremely pleased with Shelandy's superior customer service and would recommend Shelandy brand products to everyone; especially this dog hair dryer!
