For all those people saying the ad is in the way... HELP IS HERE. there is a small x in the Conner. Can't see it? Click the ad it will lead you to the internet. Then (kindle fire users only) click the arrow above the home icon. It will take you back to the Sims with no ads. Hope this was helpful!
