A long day of sitting and standing causes your spine to compress - you actually are shorter than when you first get up! Using the Everlasting Comfort back stretcher lets your muscles relax the spaces between your vertebrae open and fill back up with fluid to cushion and support them. You may even feel/hear your spine realigning itself! Get your height back and take a few minutes to relax your mind at the same time! Just start on the lowest setting and work your way up alowly. The cushion really adds to the comfort along with the channel design. This is a big improvement over the other brands I've had. LOVE it!! (Be sure to check with your doctor if you have existing back or hip problems). Note I was fortunate to have won this product from Everlasting Comfort but this review is entirely my own.
