Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

For now I'm going to give this item 4 stars, though I am satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to update this review as time goes by, once I see how it stands up over time. I purchased this model because I was put off by many of the recent reviews I had read pertaining to Keurig brewers. It seemed that the quality of their build might have been slipping, at least according to several recent reviews. The only "cons" are the smallish water reservoir (though it is sufficient for anyone who brews 'normal' size cups of coffee) and the time to heat up initially (about two minutes). Minor issues for sure. I like the fact that you can adjust the default size of the two smaller cup choices (I opted for the 8, 10, 12 size). The coffee has the same taste as from my old Keurig (which, by the way, lasted almost 8 years - only recently suffering a pump failure). ***Update*** So, the heating time was just user error. Turn on the machine, insert the pod and CLOSE THE LID. It's ready to brew in just a few seconds. ***6 months in***. Still satisfied with.....
