Bought as a replacement for another I bought on Amazon that would not stay sync'd. Works great. Only thing is that is does not work with apps BUT I knew that going into this. I STRONGLY suggest that used car customers buy this to check codes on Check Engine lights. Some places will shut off the check engine light with one of these BUT this will tell you if that was done Takes the suprise outta buying a car and a few days later dealing with check engine lights
