After decades of suffering from occasional cold sores on my lip I read the reviews on this product and I decided to give it a shot. I had been taking L-Lysine 1000mg supplements DAILY for years and if I missed one day, I'd end up breaking out in a cold sore. The supplements were large and I was just tired of taking them everyday! So got this product, stopped taking my daily Lysine supplements and only took this product if I started to break out with a cold sore. It finally happened the other day, I felt the tingly prickly feeling on my lip. I immediately took 3 of the SuperLysine tablets. That was at about 9 a.m. I took 3 more mid afternoon about 3 p.m. and took 3 more at 9 .m. that night when I went to bed. They did NOT upset my stomach and the next morning my cold core was completely gone! Now this is two days later and I am still back to normal. Thank you so much for this product. It's wonderful!
