I decided to try this product after talking to a girlfriend who spoke highly of benefits of taking this supplement and how it was oxygen to the blood. I read more on it and found that one of the benefits listed was for people with anemia and how it helped to aid the absorption of iron. I have always been anemic my whole life and I will tell you. I had my first physical and had CBC with Auto Differential blood work come back and all my numbers were optimum. I have more energy I cant really say that I see a big difference in my skin yet but only time will tell
