A neighborhood friend of mine, Debo, had asked to borrow my bike but ended up taking a really long time to return it. After my father found out, he became concerned and drove me to retrieve my bike, even though I was not conserned. My friend initially didn't know which bike I was referring to. I reminded him that it was the beach cruiser I let him use couple weeks ago and had made several attempts to retrieve. Apparently my friend was unaware that I had wanted my bike returned. I let my buddy know that, although I was not concerned, my father and I shared ownership of the bike but it was kept in my home. My buddy seemed to understand my predicament but the encounter abruptly ended violently.
