I bought this for my daughter who is 11 years old. She started taking it since October last year. I measured her almost every month and I realized that she gains about 1/2" every month in average. We are glad about that. Probably she is taking it at the right time - preteens/pre-puberty and also because both me and her dad are tall but the main thing is she is getting taller :)) I am happy with this product as it works, no side effects and is always delivered on time.
