Wow. I'm so happy we splurged on this for our family gathering -- an outdoor movie in the backyard was a hit for the 7 grandkids and adults alike! It worked perfectly on a homemade screen (a queen sized sheet between pvc pipes) I imagine it would be even better on a "real" screen. The older adults sitting by the firepit at the other end of the lawn said they also enjoyed it, in reverse! (Although it is not a rear projector screen, with the white sheet it apparently worked well!) So simple too: we rented a movie through iTunes on an iphone and connected it to the projector via AppleTV. As others suggested we plugged in additional speakers to get quality sound. The projector was packaged very well and arrived on time, too. And we just couldn't beat the price! The seller even followed up a few days later to make sure we received it in good working order. Great customer service!
