Bought this to replace my 7-8 year old B&D model. My old unit, none of the buttons worked anymore except the Pizza button. The new unit arrived and the convection fan would not turn on while on bake mode. The symbol was showing on the panel but the fan didnt run. Amazon's exchange process was awesome and I had a new unit in two days. The replacement convection fan worked. Note that there is a two year warranty on this and your credit card will likely offer another year for free. 3 year warranty total is awesome. I like this toaster oven because it is large. It is not easy to find this size without spending $150. I'm not crazy about the digital buttons as the issue with the first one I had. But this is the right size to avoid having to run the oven for most cooking jobs. I keep a two slice toaster next to it for bread as toasting takes longer than a dedicated toaster. I used an AMEX offer, $15 off a purchase of $60 on Amazon.com. Total win! For kicks, I took a picture of my old unit and the new one together. As you can see, I used the heck out of it. Hoping this one lasts just as long or longer.
