I did NOT get these for a reduced price for an honest review. Although, I wish I would have, send me all you want at a discount cause I think I'm going to be buying these forever! I just sat down to color a new project when these came in the mail. I thought might as well try them out. I put my Prismacolors to the side, picked out a design I wasn't that crazy about in case I didn't like these pencils. All I can say is Wow! I'm no professional, I have no idea if these are oil, wax, or pudding base. I just know that I love them. The colors are bright, they blend well, they're soft so I don't have to push hard and to me they are almost right up there with the Prismacolors. Almost. I've bought and tried many colored pencils and this is the closest I have gotten to the Prismas. And for the price difference, unbelievable! Thanks Artist's Choice for making such a great, affordable, tons of different shades, of colored pencils!
