Tastes Good
Opening this product, I was certainly surprised by it's appearance and texture. It feels a bit like powdered sugar - soft, but sticky. It floats in the air if you open it too quickly. Upon tasting it, I unveiled layers of flavor. First, bitter. Then overwhelmingly sweet, followed by a little bit of sour. It sticks to the inside of your mouth and throat after consumption. It reminds me a little of those artificial sugar packets for coffee. I can see how this would work well inside a drink - so I mixed it into my tea. It isn't meant to be eaten raw, after all. Monk Fruit Extract certainly does the job it is advertised for, and that's all one can really ask for. It sweetened my tea, without the after-taste from before. I wonder what a monk fruit actually looks like. I'd recommend making this purchase, it is worth the price and pretty self explanatory.
