I love the dress but am leaving this message for all of the pear shaped women who are one size up top and another size on bottom. If you pick a size to fit the hips, it will be loose up top and a safety pin will not do much to make the top not let your chest fall out. My opinion is that you should buy what fits up top, and just expect there to be less forgiveness on the hips (but there is forgiveness any way since it is a fit and flare skirt. I had to return dresses several times to get something that would work but did so because this company does free returns and once you get the right fit, its very flattering on the figure with the v neck and tummy control area that brings your waist in.
