I read most reviews and decided to buy these based on the reviews. I am thrilled others have had a wonderful experience. I however have experienced something different. I purchased these because I am getting ready for surgery#5 after being hit head on by a driver of a semi truck who was not paying attention to where his truck was headed. Fast forward 9 months later, I still cannot walk dye to broken tibia and fibula in my left leg, meaning my foot bones are detached from my leg on the inside. I was introduced to adult coloring books and have expanded my collection to include cards, etc. I use colored pencils as well as having 3 sets of gel pens. I look for a better variety within the pens. This has adequate variety but the problem I have is this: 1. When the pens arrived, a red glitter on the end had leaked all over the inside of the plastic. So that is one pen I cannot use. 2. Too many pens run dry when using them and then they scratch up the paper. I bang the pen tip down over a fist. Sometimes many times for one pen. Those that still run dry, I just don't use. 3. A few of the glitter pens leak inside the cap so when I use them in a small space, we run outside the lines. I know we can contact the seller, but I cannot send them back as I would have to find a person to get packing items, postage then mail it for me. So that is not an option. I just wanted to share what I have experienced with these pens. Other than what I have stated, I have no issues. ****UPDATE***** The company contacted me upon reading my review. They were very apologetic and offered me a refund or mail me a new set of pens without having to return the current set. I am awaiting the arrival of the new set. I am very pleased with the outcome. When they say 100% customer guarantee, they mean it.
