I purchased this product directly through the site, not through Amazon. I had to share how awesome this thing is! I had a pillow top mattress before, and after a few years it was causing my hips and shoulders to ache (I am a side sleeper). I was tired of being constantly in pain, and ran across this mattress. They have a 101 day trial, and I used the payment plan option, so I figured if I hated it I could return it within a month and not have paid anything. After the first few nights I knew I'd be keeping it! The shoulder and hip aches are gone! I also have sciatica, and though that hasn't gone I like how much easier it is for me to shift position thanks to how firm the mattress is. On my old mattress turning over was very hard because I just felt like I was sinking and had to drag myself out of a dip. With this mattress I can just turn! Bonuses: I sleep very hot and used to wake up drenched so I was concerned about heat retention on this mattress. I am pleased to say the gel layer really works and I no longer wake up sweaty. I also liked that there was no odor at all from the mattress.
