I went with a Size Small, I am 5' 11'' I have a 40inch chest and a 30 inch waist and this conforms perfectly to my size, it is slim fitting and many believe its taylored. I had no alterations and it still fits perfectly over a suit or shirts. Also the arm length is perfect, a lot of guys have problems with the sleeves too long but this is just right! Steps your winter game up like crazy!
