Will Not Charge
The charger that came with the mop is only putting out 4.5 volts DC, it is supposed to be 16 Volts DC at 1 amp. The battery will not charge, therefore the mop is useless. I am attempting to contact Galdwell, my rating may change depending on their service. I sent an email to the address in the manual, and within a day I was talking to a technician. I was sent a new charger, and it worked perfectly, and my wife thinks the Mop is excellent.
