I am not one to add reviews often (I think this is my second), but after using this product just one time, I was so astonished that I felt compelled to share. I didn't think my gray was that dull, but I want it to look its best. It's one thing to be gray, but another to be dishwater gray. I took the "before" picture after my usual washing and drying routine. I took the "after" picture the very next day, after using this product for the first time. I think there is a notable difference. I was in the same spot, with the same lighting, and I did not alter the pictures (other than to add the text). If you want your gray to look its best, then I recommend you try this.
