One must be honest in these reviews. As someone in their mid-30s, I chose this as my first multivitamin. The amount of products on the market is astounding, but after doing my research, this one seemed to fit the bill for an average, mostly health male. The key in any multivitamin is to make sure you aren't going to exceed the daily recommended amount of a particular vitamin, which some multivitamins do. I found this one to be within normal limits. Does it taste great. Nope. But it does the job. Just pop it in your mouth and grab the preferred liquid and get it down quickly, and you'll have no aftertaste! My doctor says my health has improved since I began taking these, which I will attribute to the multivitamin and not my shopping on Amazon (sorry Amazon!) So, taste aside, this is my preferred multivitamin and I do not foresee a change. Worth purchasing.
