My husband really liked the slippers. Then we noticed on the second day that there was no stitching across the back of one heel, meaning the body of the slipper wasn't attached to the sole. I planned to return them but he filled in the gap with si!icone before I knew it and is wearing them. But they look bad, plus they ran small so they're tight in the toe area. He accepts anything, very easy going guy, so I'll just look for something else for him in the next few months. Too bad, because we like the look of them a lot, & they're warm. UPDATE: Originally gave these a 2-star review due to the problem above. But the company responded to the review immediately and offered to replace them due to the factory defect. The replacement slippers are perfect...exactly what we had hoped for. Warm and soft and very nice looking. They also have a nice thick sole, which is great for guys who wear their slippers outside a lot. Your feet stay dry and warm out there. Thank you for an excellent pair of slippers and wonderful customer service!
