It's a gamble. I've read the glowing reviews and decided to order. Worked great for a little over month. Now it squirts water but with so little pressure that it doesn't clean anything. Contacted the seller by asking a question via Amazon as instructed on the page but seller never reached out to me. This item arrived on June 20th and no longer works. Might wanna look for a better warranty. I'll update if anything changes. Update: Happened to browse this item again and found another support address. Reached out to them and was told that they previously sent me an email which I am still unable to find. But they did honor their warranty and sent another unit. I'll let you all know if it dies in a couple of months again Update #2: While this item failed a second time and ultimately did not work out for us, this company's customer service has been top notch once I found out how to reach them. So much to the point where it's worth updating to 5 stars
