Not for big boobs, (D and above) in my opinion. I’m a 34DD and I ordered a size up and it’s still too small and not enough lift/support. Think would be fine for smaller boobs though because it does have decent hold. Update*** Upon giving my honest review, their customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund or exchange because I was not satisfied with product which I truly appreciated. This company is top notch and clearly takes pride in their product and cares about customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase with them again because I know if there is a problem, they’ll do their best to make it right. This particular bra didn’t work well for me but might for you :)
