I'm very happy with this purchase, and I've taken many probiotics and prebiotics in the past. First of all it's a very good price point. I've been taking it for the better part of a week and can already tell a big improvement with digestion and regularity. i think the biggest attribute is taste: the taste is very faint though pleasant and neutral. Can be taken with a small glass of water very easily. My personal preference is mixing with green tea. Highly recommended!
