I bought these for a friend who is suffering from skin cancer. He had extensive spots all over his back, head and legs. Just about everywhere. OMG: Eating ten seeds a day for over a month and 95% are now gone. At 82, the color of his skin is bright pink and healthy again. And he loves the taste!
