Breville’s Smart Oven Pro, model BOV845BSS has just taken it to the next level. I owned the last counter top Smart Oven model, but it had one flaw; it didn’t come with an internal oven light. We always had to slide out the cooking rack to see if the food was done cooking. My wife complained for years, and finally I decided to get this new model. End result, WE couldn’t be happier. Will all the same great features, convection cooking, easy programming and just the right footprint, we find that we’re using this oven more that our regular built-in wall oven.
