Update: It’s been a few years since my original review below and I’m happy to say we are still using the replacement harness that we ordered. I believe the first one was just a defective harness that made it past quality control. My dog never got leash trained like we hoped she would and she’s a strong puller whenever we go for a walk. This harness has put up with a lot of tugging and pulling and has recently started to show some wear and tear from that, but I’m impressed at how long it has lasted. If you get one that’s made correctly, it will last you at least a couple of years or more if your dog is a good walker! Original review: I was really disappointed in this harness. It arrived and I put it on my puppy and before we walked out the door, the snap closure had popped apart. The harness was a little loose on her, but with any pull of the leash or tension to the harness, the buckle popped apart immediately. I've included a video to show how easily this happens. Since this doesn't seem to be an issue for other reviewers, I'm hoping I just got a bad one. I've ordered a new one and will be returning this one. If the new one holds up better, I will update my review. Annoyed at the inconvenience though!
