Imagine my reaction when I finally opened the bottle of cherries and found NO CHERRIES in a bottle of cherry flavors syrup! What a disappointment!! Well, the good folks at Traverse City Whiskey Co. responded by sending me not one, but two bottle of cherries along with ball cap with their logo and a handwritten letter of apology from their Production Manager. Even better was the taste of the cherries! And my wife is planning on using the syrup for a special Thanksgiving cheesecake:) It's not often that people stand behind their product like this - SO HAT'S OFF TO THE FINE PEOPLE AT Traverse City Whiskey Co. !
